The Story You Will See
It is 7 o’clock and time to go to sleep in The Great Green Room, but restless Bunny is wide-awake. The Old Lady, in her gentle and kind manner, whispers “Hush” and tells Bunny it is time for bed, but Bunny is kept awake by all of the many interesting and stimulating objects in his room and his best buddy (and equally awake companion), Mouse. In this musical adaptation of the
classic bedtime story, Goodnight, Moon, the many objects and characters of the story jump out of the book, right in front of your eyes, as bunny’s bedroom comes to life to keep him awake. The cat with a fiddle, a red balloon, the telephone, clocks, dancing bears, socks, kittens, mittens, and a cow jumping over the moon are just a few of the many things to see in this show. Has bedtime ever been so entertaining…or made going to sleep so difficult?
