Comprised of award-winning actors, teaching artists, technical artists and administrators, our staff is committed to inspiring young people and their families to experience the wonder of theater through our main stage shows and educational opportunities.

Our board of trustees steers the theater toward a sustainable future by overseeing the legal and fiscal management as well as the strategic planning of The Rose Theater as a nonprofit organization. In addition to ensuring the theater has sufficient resources to achieve its mission, the members of the board of trustees also act as advocates for The Rose Theater throughout the community.
