Membership is the best way to enjoy everything The Rose has to offer. Rose members receive access to six regular season shows. That’s six times to stop and laugh together with your child, six times to experience the awe and wonder of theater and six times to make memories together as a family — memories that will last a lifetime.

Family Membership — $75
- Four tickets to each member event show in The Rose season
- 50% off additional regular season show tickets
- $7 off premium show tickets
- Preferred seating at premium events if purchased prior to general sales opening
- $15 class registration fee waived

Family + Individual Membership — $95
- Five tickets to each regular season show

Double Family Membership — $150
- Eight tickets to each regular season show

Patron Membership — $450
As a Patron Member, you are joining The Rose at an elevated level that will help keep programming accessible to all children, regardless of their ability to pay. You’ll receive:

What happens once I purchase membership?

How do I reserve my free tickets for member event shows?
Membership material will be distributed in August. It will contain information about how to book your free member tickets online as well as all of the programs The Rose has to offer.

How do I reserve additional tickets to the member event shows, and what do I save?
Members may purchase up to 10 additional tickets per show for only $15 each. This is a 50% discount of the standard price. To purchase additional tickets at the $15 rate, call the box office at 402-345-4849 or purchase online through the Member Center.

What is the member discounts for classes?
Rose members receive a $10 off per month per family for year-long musical theater, dance, voice, and drama classes, PLUS a $15 credit to be used to cover the annual class registration fee.
In addition, Rose members get a special sneak peek at summer camps before the information is released to the general public, allowing families the opportunity to make their summer plans early.

How do I get my free tickets?
Free member tickets are not mailed. Once reservations have been placed, tickets can be scanned off your smart device or picked up at will call for their designated performance. Tickets unclaimed five minutes prior to the show may be released and sold.

If I forget to make reservations, can I use my free tickets for a different show?
We’re sorry, but tickets may only be used for the production in which they were issued.

Can I refund or exchange my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable; however, they may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show title, pending availability. Exchanges are free up to 24 hours prior to the show; a $2 per ticket fee applied thereafter. To make an exchange, contact the box office at 402-345-4849 or info@rosetheater.org. A message left on voice mail is acceptable notification. A staff member will call you back as soon as possible to make the exchange.

Does my toddler count as a member?
For shows presented on the Mainstage, children under the age of two are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.

What is the membership term?
For the 2023-24 season, membership benefits start on August 1 and are active through July 31 of the following year. You may redeem member benefits for classes and shows that take place within that period.
New for the 2023-24 season! No matter when you join, you will receive tickets to six regular season shows over the course of the next 12 months. Your membership begins the month you join and continues for one year after that date. It’s just our “thank you” for being a partner in providing outstanding children’s theater!
(Memberships purchased April-August 2023 will begin in September 2023.)

Are Rose memberships transferable?
Memberships are non-transferable; however, you may invite others to use your show tickets provided you, as the member, make the reservations.

If I move out of town, can I get a partial refund on my membership?
We’re sorry, but memberships are non-refundable in part or in full.

Can my membership tickets be used for school field trips?
For a variety of reasons, including royalty agreements and software tracking, member tickets cannot be used for school field trip performances.
